Richard Lloyd FRICS - Executive Chairman

Richard has been a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1983 and he retired from successfully running his own Swansea based business in April 2007. A Swansea Jack. educated at Repton School and Oxford Brookes, Richard comes from a long established Swansea family. He is a recent product of Swansea University’s Department of Adult and Continuing Education. He has a keen interest in theatre and film. He will take an active 'hands on' role.
